These Terms and Conditions govern your journey through our haunted aisles and your acquisition of our artifacts. By accessing our domain at spookygeardeals.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.

To wander our haunted aisles and acquire our artifacts, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent to make purchases
• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or making a purchase
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use the website only for lawful purposes and not violate any applicable laws
• Refrain from using automated systems or software to extract data from our website
• Not attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of our website

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Should you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify our support coven immediately.

We strive to present our artifacts as accurately as possible through photographs and descriptions. However, please note that the appearance of colors may vary slightly due to your display settings.

Order Process

When you place an order through our haunted aisles:

• You will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt of your order
• Your order represents an offer to purchase which we accept when we send a confirmation email that the artifact has been dispatched
• We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion

Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in US dollars. We accept the following payment methods:

• Visa
• MasterCard
• JCB
• PayPal

Payment is taken at the time of order placement. If your payment method fails, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

Shipping

Our artifacts journey from our sanctum to your domain through the following methods:

• Standard Courier (DHL or FedEx): A tribute of $12.95 is required. Delivery occurs within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Spectral Passage (EMS): For orders exceeding $50, this passage is offered free of charge. Delivery typically completes within 15-25 business days after dispatch. (Not available to all corners of the globe, particularly some realms in Asia and other remote territories.)

Order processing requires 1-2 business days. During grand sabbaths (holiday periods), additional processing time may be required.

You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees that may apply in your domain.

Should an artifact not resonate with your vision, you may initiate a return or exchange within 15 days from the day your package arrives at your domain.

The Ritual of Return

1. Summon our support coven at [email protected] within the 15-day window with your Order Incantation Number (Order ID) and reason for return
2. Our guardians will respond with a unique Return Sigil (RMA number) and instructions
3. Do not send any item back without this sigil, lest it be lost to the void
4. Securely package the item in its original packaging with all protective charms, tags, and accessories
5. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a parchment with your name and Return Sigil
6. Dispatch the package to the address provided—you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from our error
7. Await our confirmation email once the item is received and inspected in our sanctum

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after return approval. The original shipping cost is non-refundable, and refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

For exchanges, the process mirrors that of a return. Once we receive the original artifact, we will dispatch the new selection. You are responsible for shipping costs for the new item.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, we will cover all return and replacement costs.

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, images, and product designs—is the property of DarkMorph Store or our content suppliers and protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission. The DarkMorph Store name, logo, and all related product names are trademarks of DarkMorph Store.

DarkMorph Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, our website
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the website
• Any artifacts obtained from the website
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the website or artifacts is limited to the amount you have paid us in the last six months.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our website shall be resolved through informal negotiations first. If such negotiations fail, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Dedham, Massachusetts, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
