Part I: The Dispatch of Artifacts
Once an order is placed within our haunted aisles, our coven swiftly begins the preparation ritual. Please heed the following timelines for the journey of your acquisition.
Order Processing:
All incantations (orders) require 1-2 business days for our artisans to carefully prepare and dispatch from our sanctum. Orders placed during grand sabbaths (holiday periods) may require additional time.
Shipping Methods & Timelines:
We offer two methods to transport your artifacts across the realms:
- Standard Courier (DHL or FedEx): A tribute of $12.95 is required. This ritual ensures delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
- Free Spectral Passage (EMS): For orders exceeding $50, this rite is offered free of charge. Delivery is typically completed within 15-25 business days after dispatch. (Please note: This passage is not available to all corners of the globe, particularly some realms in Asia and other remote territories.)
Part II: The Rite of Return & Exchange
Should an artifact not resonate with your vision, you may initiate a return or exchange within the sacred timeline.
The Sacred Timeline:
You have 15 days from the day your package arrives at your domain to contact us and begin the process. Beyond this period, the veil between realms thickens, and we cannot accept the item back into our inventory.
The Ritual of Return: A Step-by-Step Guide
- Summon Our Support Coven: Within the 15-day window, you must contact us at [email protected] to initiate the process. Provide your Order Incantation Number (Order ID) and the reason for your request.
- Receive Our Guidance: Our guardians will respond with a unique Return Sigil (RMA number) and instructions on where to send the item. Do not send any item back without this sigil, lest it be lost to the void.
- Prepare the Artifact: Securely package the item in its original packaging, along with all its original protective charms, tags, and accessories. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a parchment with your name and the Return Sigil.
- Dispatch the Package: Send the package to the address provided by our support coven. You are responsible for the cost of this return shipping ritual unless the return is due to an error from our coven.
- Await Our Confirmation: Once the item is received and inspected in our sanctum, we will send you an ethereal missive (email) confirming its arrival and the status of your refund or exchange.
Refund of Tribute
Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. A credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment—be it your credit card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) or PayPal account. Please note, the original cost of shipping is non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, the process is the same as a return. Once we receive the original item, we will dispatch the new artifact to you. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of sending the new item.
Artifacts Bound to Your Collection: Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, due to their intimate or potent nature, cannot be returned once the seal is broken. These include:
- Masks: All masks (Clown Masks, Creepy Masks, Demon Masks, Classic Monster Masks, HD Comfort Fit Masks, HD Studios Masks, HD Studios Pro Masks) are considered final sale for reasons of hygiene and enchantment preservation.
- Wigs & Hats: Costume Wigs / Hats cannot be returned once tried on.
- Intimate Apparel: Any costume that comes into direct contact with the skin in an intimate way (e.g., bodysuits, base layers) may be non-returnable unless the packaging is completely sealed and untampered with.
- Sale Items: Artifacts purchased during a grand sabbath (sale event) may be marked as final sale.
NOTE: If an item arrives damaged or is incorrect due to an error in our coven, we will gladly cover all costs associated with its return and replacement. Please contact us immediately.
